WEDDING READY WITH EVER PRETTY

This year has definitely been wedding season for me! I have 4 weddings this month alone to attend, 1 in November and 1 in January. I've gone to three already in October and have one more on Halloween! I'll be posting my wedding outfits for the rest of this month. My current fave is this gorgeous illusion sleeve gown.

Love is in the air. I love love. I love weddings and seeing how happy everyone is. It's like the best thing ever. You get dolled up, dressed up, eat great food, drink endless alcohol and celebrate with all your friends and family. Besides a birthday month, weddings are the best reasons to celebrate. It just gives everyone a reason to come together. Thank you Ever Pretty for getting me ready for the occasion.

START LAYERING

The weather is finally starting to cool down just a bit for me to start layering my outfits for fall. Tried doing a look for you with my coats but it was still WAY too hot to shoot in it lol so you'll have to wait. In the meantime, I'm just going to share this layering outfit with my new favorite scarf.

Fashion Tip: Banana Republic has pretty awesome sales if you just wait a little. Most of their items go on sale and they always have the additional 30%-50% off sale price promotion.

I seriously cannot wait for Fall/Winter. It's been an endless summer here in Orange County so it'd be a nice change to be able to start layering again. I'm so excited to take the scarves, coats and faux furs out again. But for now, I'll just slowly start layering with different tanks, dusters and lightweight scarves.

You ever have shoes that you can't stop wearing? WELLLL... these Jeffrey Campbell loafers are it for me. I've been wearing it with every outfit possible. In and out of the office.

Fashion Tip: Pointy toe loafers are my favorite dress up flats ever in life. For those of you that are scared to try it, it actually goes well with more than you think. The Jeffrey's that I have are super soft and comfortable.

I've been in office clothes all day everyday lately that it's really nice when I get to cas it up a bit. I've had a lot of people ask me where I get my work clothes so I'll start posting my daily corporate outfits again soon. #FASHIONANDFINANCE right?! Lol. It's a crazy hectic month for me this month. Not only is it my birthday month, I have 4 weddings to attend and 4 other birthdays. There isn't enough time in a day but we do what we gotta. We make it happen!

Happy Monday everyone! Today I'm introducing you to a new designer that I'm kinda totally in love with - Daniel Rainn. I absolutely love the prints, the style and the way his clothes feel. It's all super cute and affordable and no this isn't a sponsored post. I just think he has really easy to wear day to day items.

Fashion Tip: When you're showing a whole lotta leg, it's ok to cover up with a billowy, bohemian top. Balance, it's all about balance.

Cute and cas is my preferred style choice. Top, shorts, flats and sunnies that cover my face is literally my go-to uniform for life when I'm not at the office. So this Daniel Rainn top is the perfect throw on cute but effortlessly stylish top for me. Fashion Tip: LBD's look good with anything so you can add a bold lip or statement heels to accessorize. Because my LBD was already so perfect with the lace trimmings and plunge neckline, I kept it simple with black strappy heels and a black and white clutch.

Guess what month it is!? October! My birthmonth! I'm not sure if me and my friends are the only ones that do this but we have month long birthday celebrations. Everyone needs a reason to celebrate soooo I'm just giving them one... ME! Lol :)

This Calvin Rucker will be one of the many dresses I will be wearing to all the birthday dinners I'm having. Time to eat, celebrate and be happy! I'm off to Chicago with the family now. I will post a photo diary for you all when I get back!
