TGIF everyone! I'm ready for Stagecoach! Jaayyykayyy. I'm not going. If I was going though, I'd definitely wear this whiskey outfit lol. So who's going? And what are you wearing?!

Fashion Tip: On Zoeybear: I added the bandana to make it a little more country style and you can never go wrong with aviators! On me: At first I only had the tank and jeans and it felt so plain. I added the plaid around my waist and a huge statement necklace. My point is, accessories matter. When simplicity doesn't cut it, add accessories!

I never really liked country music before until just recently. My girlfriend introduced me to a ton of different country artists and basically made me listen to only country music for like months. Luckily, it grew on me and I started really liking it. The beat is good, the lyrics are heart wrenching-ly sad or so cute that I die and it soothes me. This is the first year I wish had the time to go to Stagecoach and experience it at least once. Maybe next year. At least I'll be ready with my outfits!

VIET FASHION WEEK DAY 2

So, day 2 of Viet Fashion Week was fun but way stressful for me because they asked me to do interview on the red carpet. I get all weird and awkward when there's a camera around and my Vietnamese isn't the best. I can understand when people are talking to me, but having to ask people questions about their gowns in Vietnamese was definitely a challenge. I am totally obsessed with my day 2 dress. I wonder if you can guess who the designer is?!

Ready to see my weird interview face!? Seriously, I'm not sure why I keep making this face when I ask people things. Is this how I look all the time when I talk to people in general?! -____-

Even though it gave me anxiety, I had an amazing time on the red carpet. I got to interview Miss Vietnam LA, Andy Quach (singer), Lynda Trang Dai and the New Wave group and all my blogger babes! I hope it turns out ok. I'll include the link when it's live on Viet TV.. maybe. Lol, if it's terrible, I might reconsider. OH. Any look who landed on VIET TIDE?! Me interviewing Lynda! ;)

Viet Fashion Week Day 2 ended with a bang. Thank you to all the blogger babes that came out to support! It was a huge success! VIET FASHION WEEK DAY 1

I'm so glad to be a part of the 2nd annual Viet Fashion Week! Last year was the first year the Vietnamese community showcased their talented designers on the runway during fashion week. This year it was bigger and better. VFW went from a 1-day event to a 2-day showcase! Viet Fashion Week even made it on KCAL 9 news and Nguoi Viet TV! :)

Totally caught me and my girls posing on the red carpet on KCAL 9 NEWS! Lol if you keep watching, you'll see they caught me barefoot on the catwalk!!! I was in the middle of setting up so I couldn't run around with Louboutins on my feet. Unfortunately the camera man totally caught me while I was talking to news anchor Leyna Nguyen.....

COACHELLA WEEKEND 2

Happy Monday everyone!! So. Who's recovering from Weekend 1 today!? Lol. I hope you all had a safe and fun weekend in the desert. Get your rest and gear up for Coachella Weekend 2!! It's not over just yet. There's more boho, gypsy and festival style coming your way this week!

I know we're all hoping this week flies by because Weekend 2-ers still have Coachella on the brain. I'm just hoping I survive this week. For those of you that are following along, I've been studying for my financial securities exam and it's THIS WEEK. If and when I pass, I will be partying it up in my back yard as if I'm in the desert with you guys so wish me LUCK!!!! I'll need it. Ok. So back to Coachella. If you haven't gotten your outfits together, do it now. Just grab some temporary tats, a backpack, neon colored sunnies and gladiator sandals and you've pretty much covered the basics. Good luck!

COACHELLA STYLE

Styling outfits for Coachella is one of my favorite blog posts to do because the vibe is just so fun and free. Coachella style for me is casual and effortless and I like to tie it together with great accessories (think fringe bag, wide brim hat and lots of jewelry).

Fashion Tip: Not all paisley print is bad. I paired the dress with earth tone colors and kept my accessories simple so the dress itself still looks like it stands alone.

Happy humpday! We're halfway through the week! Are you all excited for Coachella Weekend 1?! I'm obviously loving this Forever 21 hat so be prepared to see it again with another outfit. It's seriously the perfect hat that remedies all bad hair days and absolutely necessary for Coachella.

RANDOM FACT: My photographer called me INDY the whole time during this shoot. Lol, I TOTALLY OWN IT.
