Happy Monday everyone! So. It wasn't on my resolutions list but eating healthy and staying fit are part of my goals for the year and every year after until forever. I'm getting older and busier so it gets more and more difficult to find time to workout. I don't have time to meal prep and let's face it, I doubt I'd survive that. Anyhow. I decided to jump start the year with a JuiceMi 1-day cleanse! (BABY STEPS... I can't handle a 3 or 5-day cleanse just yet, but they have them if you're interested!)
Juice #1: Blissful Morning - Brain boost, fasten metabolism and clear skin. Ingredients: Lemon, Honey, Chia Seeds, Cayenne Pepper & h2o.
Juice #2: Bohdi Tree - Energy boost, packed nutrients and cleansing properties. Ingredients: Rmoaine, Kale, Spinach, Pear, Apple, Parsley, Ginger & Lemon
Juice #3: Graceful Glow - Anti-cancer, low blodd pressure & cholesterol, enhance skin and eyesight and active performance. Ingredients: Beets, Carrots, Apple & Lemon
Juice #4: Purple Nirvana - Balanced pH level, lower blood pressure, improve heart & brain function. Ingredients: Purple cabbage, Orange, Apple, Ginger & Lemon (my least favorite juice lol)
Juice #5: Tropical Enlightenment - Rehydrate body, anti-inflammatory & boost immune system, glowing skin and anti-aging. Ingredients: Spinach, Cucumber, Pineapple, Apple & Tumeric
Juice #6: Pandan Mylk - Packed with energy, nutrients & protien, strengthen bones and anti-abdominal cancer. Ingredients: Cashew, Pandan, Dates, Agave, Sea Salt (my 2nd least favorite juice)
Fashion Tip: Cleansing tip. Drink lots of agua and try cutting out all the crappy food a few days before the cleanse to get your body used to it.
I've only tried the one day cleanse so far so I'm not sure how it's going to be if you do the 3 or 5-day cleanse. I've tried other juices before and I never successfully finished because it was too hard for me. I was hungry all the time and the juice and water wasn't enough. Plus, I didn't really like the flavor at all. So far, I'm liking JuiceMi better than the other cleanses I've tried. My favorites were 1, 3 and 5! 1 tasted like lemonade with a kick and 3 and 5 reminded me of the toxin flush from Nekter but without the ginger taste. I'm not a huge JUICER kind of girl but I think I can handle the 1-day cleanse like every other month to flush out my system.
I know it's not easy to always eat healthy or find time to workout but I'm definitely going to try to be more consistent. Hope you all have a fantastic week!! :)
