Fashion Tip: Make sure when you're wearing wide leg flares, you pair them with a higher heel than usual so you don't look short and stumpy. When worn correctly, flares can make it look like you're much taller than you are.

I'm currently obsessed with two brands right now: Ro and De and Pleione clothing. Seriously wish I knew about these brands before! The fabric is so soft and flowy that it fits my style perfectly. The tops hang so nicely when I wear them. I appreciate better quality items more nowadays because it just lasts longer and you can tell that it's well made.

Valentine's is one of my favorite holidays. Single or not. It's just great to be surrounded by so much love and happiness even though it's a totally commercialized holiday. Lol. Some people aren't as naturally romantic and need these kind of holidays to give them a push to do something extra special for their loved ones. If you're single, it's so fun to have a Girl's Night Out with your girlfriends. Get dolled up and go somewhere fancy for dinner or just have a pizza party. Regardless of what you decide to do, just look cute doing it! ;)

I'm sure we've all seen the many matching 2-piece outfits that Kim Kardashian has been wearing. I seriously can't get enough of it! It's such a flattering style and so easy to style since everything matches already. The high waist skirt hides love handles really well and shows off the slimming part of your stomach. ALSO. The 2-piece combo shows just enough skin for the outfit to be sexy but still classy.

Dress up. Look good, feel good, DO GOOD.

Because trends come and go every season, it's important to find what suits you best. Fashion is all about expressing who you are through clothes, shoes and accessories. So, if you like something, keep it and wear it... even if every fashion magazine out there says it's "out of style." In fashion, what's old is new over and over again. Everything somehow always comes back in style but with a twist. So if you keep it long enough, your current fave might be vintage someday. And everyone loves a good vintage piece sooner or later.

Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken.

MONDAY MOTIVATION: JUICEMI 1-DAY CLEANSE

Happy Monday everyone! So. It wasn't on my resolutions list but eating healthy and staying fit are part of my goals for the year and every year after until forever. I'm getting older and busier so it gets more and more difficult to find time to workout. I don't have time to meal prep and let's face it, I doubt I'd survive that. Anyhow. I decided to jump start the year with a JuiceMi 1-day cleanse! (BABY STEPS... I can't handle a 3 or 5-day cleanse just yet, but they have them if you're interested!)

Juice #1: Blissful Morning - Brain boost, fasten metabolism and clear skin. Ingredients: Lemon, Honey, Chia Seeds, Cayenne Pepper & h2o.

Juice #2: Bohdi Tree - Energy boost, packed nutrients and cleansing properties. Ingredients: Rmoaine, Kale, Spinach, Pear, Apple, Parsley, Ginger & Lemon

Juice #3: Graceful Glow - Anti-cancer, low blodd pressure & cholesterol, enhance skin and eyesight and active performance. Ingredients: Beets, Carrots, Apple & Lemon

Juice #4: Purple Nirvana - Balanced pH level, lower blood pressure, improve heart & brain function. Ingredients: Purple cabbage, Orange, Apple, Ginger & Lemon (my least favorite juice lol)

Fashion Tip: Cleansing tip. Drink lots of agua and try cutting out all the crappy food a few days before the cleanse to get your body used to it.

I've only tried the one day cleanse so far so I'm not sure how it's going to be if you do the 3 or 5-day cleanse. I've tried other juices before and I never successfully finished because it was too hard for me. I was hungry all the time and the juice and water wasn't enough. Plus, I didn't really like the flavor at all. So far, I'm liking JuiceMi better than the other cleanses I've tried. My favorites were 1, 3 and 5! 1 tasted like lemonade with a kick and 3 and 5 reminded me of the toxin flush from Nekter but without the ginger taste. I'm not a huge JUICER kind of girl but I think I can handle the 1-day cleanse like every other month to flush out my system.

I know it's not easy to always eat healthy or find time to workout but I'm definitely going to try to be more consistent. Hope you all have a fantastic week!! :)

#FASHIONTIP: ADD A POP OF RED

My favorite go-to outfit usually includes leggings, a loose/flowy top, jacket and a cute pair of sunnies. I can either wear them flats when I'm running around like a madwoman or pair them with pumps if I want to look a little more dressed up. Today. I went with a more dressed up casual, polished but effortless look.

Fashion Tip: Add a pop of color. If you're wearing all black, add a pop of red. That could be with lips, pumps or a clutch. If you're wearing a military green dress, add leopard. Adding a little pop of color goes a long way.

So how is everyone's first month of 2015 going? Keeping up with resolutions and such? I am definitely trying to stay on top of my goals and resolutions this year while trying to make up what I didn't finish the other years lol. I'm not sure if it's because I'm getting older but I feel like there's just so much more to be stressed out about these days. Time management is key to accomplishing everything you need to do. So. Make a list, prioritize and get-er done! We can do this!
