so i've been wanting to paint my nails like this for some time now, but i'm always too lazy to go to the salon. however, this past weekend was my birthday bash in vegas so i thought why the hell not?!! i love the upside down french tip look, it's very different and very standout-ish to me. lol and yes i had to add something sparkly for myself or it wouldn't be me!

how cute is she? this is by far the cutest business cards i've ever seen, or as she'd like to call them "social cards." there are 10 different facial expressions and the card itself is hot pink, which is always a plus! [iLOVEpink] anyHOO, my friend em just started her blog too so check her out!

this is by far the best combination of girly, fancy and casual that i've seen so far. it's so relaxed but fashionable and i love love the shimmer of the pants. GORGEOUS.

not feeling my face lately

not feeling my face, but i still love my legs which works out cause i'm a shoe whore and i don't need to show my face for the picture to turn out great! socks and stockings with heels are a great way to go from summer to fall with your heels.

i love looking at fashion sketches of designer dresses and outfits before they're turned into the beautiful creations that they are, but i especially heart wedding dress sketches.. it's every girls dream to end up in a designer wedding gown! well it's my dream any way.



i found my perfect dress. i'm ready. how does that saying go again? "i want a wedding not a marriage." lol someone give me a pink diamond ring and let's do this!

even though we all know this, it's often easy to forget. we get stuck or trapped or too comfortable in whatever situation we're used to. sometimes it's always nice to reassess and reevaluate the important things in life. that's my dose of reality for this week.

so this year, instead of buying a cake, [my partner in crime] natalia and i decided to just make it ourselves since all i really wanted was a hot pink cake with butterflies and a tiara. i never knew how much work it took into making one of these!! never again, i am not meant for kitchen work. so although i am very proud of the both of us for doing a pretty amazing job, i'm just going to stick with what i do best - shopping for clothes and shoes.

Saks Fifth Fashion Show

i had the pleasure of attending the Saks Fifth Fashion Show at South Coast Plaza for their fall preview. there were so many amazing outfits and designers that i couldn't post them all, but here are most of my favorites. there's gucci, alice + olivia, Diane Von Furstenberg, Rebecca Taylor, Alexander McQueen, Chloe, Roberto Cavalli and many more. i enjoyed every second of the show and just completely absorbed all the amazing fashion pieces and creations that i got to see. i can live this kind of life all day everyday.
